Make yourself feel good

So I think you should tread yourself like your best friend.

Do anything to make your life better for you.

Tell yourself you are beautiful every day

Tread your body right (eat healthy)

Take time for things that you like doing (reading, meeting friends)

sorround yourself with people that make you feel good

turn on music that cheers you up when you feel bad

be understanding towards your feelings and accept them

thank yourself for all the experiences that you have had

learn to accept you and your flaws

make a list of all the things that you are good at and what you like about yourself

add a new thing every day

make another list of things that you like doing like partying, taking a walk, taking a bath. Do at least one of these things every day and make yourself take these things seriously.So you have something you can look forward to every day.
