be understanding towards your feelings and accept them
thank yourself for all the experiences that you have had
learn to accept you and your flaws
make a list of all the things that you are good at and what you like about yourself
add a new thing every day
make another list of things that you like doing like partying, taking a walk, taking a bath. Do at least one of these things every day and make yourself take these things seriously.So you have something you can look forward to every day.
